12:00 p.m. Camp Trailers may arrive on the CBJLS Grounds Sunday noon through Tuesday noon. Club displays can go up now thru Tuesday. ALL DISPLAYS MUST BE COMPLETED BY TUESDAY AT 1:00 PM PRIOR TO ANIMALS BEING WEIGHED-IN, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Tuesday - Sept. 8th - Weigh in
1:00-6:00 p.m. Swine Weigh-in MUST have completed Health Record with 15 digit 840 number notated on it
3:30-6:00 p.m. Lamb Weigh-in MUST have Scrapies Identification and completed Health Record & Paperwork
5:00-7:00 p.m. Steer Weigh-in MUST have completed Health Record, Tyson Supplier Affidavit, transfer slip from breeder to exhibitor and transfer slip from exhibitor to CBJLS
3:30-6:00 p.m. Lamb Weigh-in MUST have Scrapies Identification and completed Health Record & Paperwork
