Office Hours    Official 4-H & FFA Record Books (for judging) must be turned into Benton Franklin County Extension Office or Justin Palmer at Connell High School by today.  Remember, the Official 4-H & FFA Record Books are DIFFERENT than the CBJLS record book and is not required to be turned in unless you want to have it judged.  ALL exhibitors must turn in a completed CBJLS record book before weighing in their animal.

9:00 a.m.   Camp Trailers may arrive on the CBJLS Grounds.

Wednesday, September 8

1:00-7:00 p.m.   Swine Weigh-in MUST have proof of PQA Certification AND Health Record AND required CBJLS Record Book (not to be confused with official 4-H & FFA Record Book)

Lamb Weigh-in MUST have scrapies identification, Health Record, AND required CBJLS Record Book (not to be confused with official 4-H & FFA Record Book)

5:00-7:00 p.m.   Steer Weigh-in MUST have all paperwork before steer is weighed NO EXCEPTIONS

7:00 p.m.   Educational displays and club signs up and ready for Herdsmanship

9:00 a.m.   Steer, Swine, and Lamb Market Classes begin – CHAMPIONSHIPS FOLLOW

1:00 p.m.   Swine Fitting & Showing Preview
