Sunday, September 2nd

12:00 p.m.   Camp Trailers may arrive on the CBJLS Grounds.  Club displays can go up now thru Wednesday.  ALL DISPLAYS MUST BE COMPLETED BY WEDNESDAY AT 1:00 PM, NO EXCEPTIONS.  OTHERWISE, NO ANIMALS WILL BE WEIGHED-IN ON WEDNESDAY.

Wednesday, September 5th

RECORD BOOKS ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED, IT HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A MARKET ANIMAL COST SHEET (SEE PAGE 31).  ALL EXHIBITORS MUST BRING THEIR FILLED-OUT MARKET ANIMAL COST SHEET TO WEIGH-IN 

1:00-7:00 p.m.   Swine Weigh-in MUST have Health Record

Lamb Weigh-in MUST have scrapies identification and Health Record

5:00-7:00 p.m.   Steer Weigh-in MUST have  Health Record, transfer slip from breeder to exhibitor, transfer slip from exhibitor to CBJLS 

7:00 p.m.   Educational displays and club signs up and ready for Herdsmanship

9:00 a.m.   Steer, Swine, and Lamb Market Classes begin – CHAMPIONSHIPS FOLLOW

7:00 p.m.   Herdsmanship Ends
