Office Hours    Official 4-H & FFA Record Books (for judging only) must be turned into Benton Franklin County Extension Office or Justin Palmer at Connell High School by today.  Remember, the Official 4-H & FFA Record Books are DIFFERENT than the CBJLS record book and is not required to be turned in unless you want to have it judged.  ALL exhibitors must turn in a completed CBJLS record book before weighing in their animal on Wednesday.

Sunday, September 4

9:00 a.m.   Camp Trailers may arrive on the CBJLS Grounds.  Club displays can go up now thru Wednesday.  All displays must be complete by Wednesday at 7:00 pm

Wednesday, September 7

1:00-7:00 p.m.   Swine Weigh-in MUST have Health Record AND required CBJLS Record Book (not to be confused with official 4-H & FFA Record Book)

Lamb Weigh-in MUST have scrapies identification, Health Record AND required CBJLS Record Book (not to be confused with official 4-H & FFA Record Book)

5:00-7:00 p.m.   Steer Weigh-in MUST have  Health Record, transfer slip from breeder to exhibitor, transfer slip from exhibitor to CBJLS AND  required CBJLS Record Book (not to be confused with official 4-H & FFA Record Book)

7:00 p.m.   Educational displays and club signs up and ready for Herdsmanship

8:00-8:30 a.m.   Exhibitors, parents, and staff meeting in livestock pavilion ATTENDANCE MANDATORY

9:00 a.m.   Steer, Swine, and Lamb Market Classes begin – CHAMPIONSHIPS FOLLOW

7:00 p.m.   Herdsmanship Ends
